Rules For Use of Your VIP CARD:   You Must Register your Card First & you will receive a Username & Password in your email please check your Bulk or Trash email because untill you "Confirm your registration" by clicking the link in the second email we send you, your emails may get sent to your Bulk or trash Folders. Once you get your password you can open view and print the Updated Restaurant List. Thank you

1. You must present your card at each Location so they can Scan your card to Activate the discount prior to ordering. They will verify that the card is valid, if they accept the card, and what the discounts are for their location. The card is non transferable, and may only be used by the purchaser or his/her spouse or children for food, products or services listed on our website list. You cannot use the card for discounts on alcoholic beverages or tobacco. You CAN NOT & Will NOT Receive a discount without having your VIP Card. When ordering by phone please have your card ready to verify your personal Card Information.

2. The discount may be used for up to (2) people per visit UNLESS specifically stated otherwise in each listing. Be sure to read each listing prior to using the card.

3. In order to provide you with excellent service we are adding NEW Restaurants & Businesses throughout the year. The Restaurant Listings are subject to change. However Most Restaurants are valid through Aug 31, 2009 or Later. You MUST REGISTER on our WEBSITE in order to receive our weekly newsletter and monthly specials. If you do not have an email address you can set up one FREE at the library or a friend or relatives house. You can also call us (518-562-5777) and ask to be added to our Monthly Call List and our staff will contact you when we add New Locations. Click here from our website: www.yahoo.com and set up your FREE email address you can log on any computer anywhere with Internet and print the monthly specials. 

4.Your card is valid for one (1) Year From date of purchase, unless otherwise stated by the card expiration date and or Fundraiser program.

5. The VIP CARD is NOT VALID during Holidays and Major Events (Ex. Mayors Cup, Battle of Plattsburgh, Homecoming, Alumni Weekend or any other local area events.) The VIP CARD CANNOT BE combined with any other special or discounts offered by our participants. The VIP CARD is not valid for take out orders or delivery, unless specifically stated on our Website Discount List.

6. We are not responsible if a Location chooses not to accept your VIP CARD as a result of ownership change or any other cause. If this happens to you please give us a call so we can contact the owner and find out why they did not accept the card. VIP Enterprises LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen cards. However if you loose your VIP CARD give us a call and we will mail you a new one for $8.00 (covers printing, activating, processing, shipping/handling, and fraud prevention). We make every attempt to insure the accuracy of the information on our website; however, we cannot be held liable for misprints or violations of the rules by any restaurant or business.
